Beautiful is a 2011 Malayalam musical drama story written by Anoop Menon and directed by V. K. Prakash. The film starcast Jayasurya, Anoop Menon and Meghana Raj in the lead roles. It tells the story about the intense bonding of two friends, one paraplegic and other a musician.

Stephen Louis (Jayasurya) is a paraplegic by birth who is immensely rich, but he believes in celebrating each moment of life. He always loves to see beautiful things and speaks about celebrating life even though he can't move any part of his body other than his neck. The two get along like a house on fire, and when Anjaly (Meghna Raj) arrives as the new maid, the two men find themselves falling hopelessly in love with her.He is always assisted by his Manager Kamalu (Nandu) and his caretaker cum driver Karunan (Jayan) in a palatial house in Fort Kochi. As most of his relatives looks to take advantage of his position, Louis has kept all of them at bay, barring his cousin brother Alex (Tini Tom) with whom he shares good relationship. John (Anoop menon), a musician at a hotel enters his life. John is completely opposite from Stephen's nature. He is always worried about the future. Though poles apart in their attitudes, both enjoy a good friendship and try to make each other happy. But with the arrival of a beautiful home nurse named Anjali (Meghana Raj), the attitudes of both friends towards their life turns around. The movie take unexpected twists and turns from here, with a thrilling suspense.

The movie has Jayasuriya as Stephen lewis, the only inheritor of 200 crores assets , who is but bedridden due to disabilities to move his body below his neck. But he is a man of positivity who likes to engage himself in every activity around by hanging on to the back of his trusted aides, Kanakan (Jayan) and Kamalan (Nandhu). It was at a banquet hall of a hotel that he finds John, a gifted singer whose voice reminded him of his close friend Sreeni. Stephen immediately asks his aides to somehow convince John to come and play for him in his house. John in the meanwhile is immersed in the demands for money to establish their music band and to pay for his sister's educational expenses. He gradually starts to sing for Stephen, ending up as one of his best friends and sharing a camaraderie that he never thought of earlier.
